Terms and Conditions

Training sessions booked with Terrateach will be considered final upon either receipt of the signed Terrateach booking confirmation accepting these terms and conditions or completion of web-based ordering on our website http://www.terrateach.com . Receipt of the signed booking confirmation or completion of a web purchase is considered as full acknowledgement of and agreement to the Terrateach terms and conditions.

It is the responsibility of the representative booking the training course(s) to ensure Terrateach is provided the appropriate information regarding any special accessibility requirements of those attending training at Terrateach training facilities.

Whilst Terrateach aim to maintain accurate pricing at all times, the prices displayed on the Terrateach website (www.Terrateach.com) and on Terrateach documentation are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmation at the time of a course booking.

In the case of a training course cancellation, Terrateach will apply the following refund policy.

• 15+ business days: 100% refund OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with no charge. (Only one rebooking at 0% admin charge is allowed. Thereafter Terrateach raise a 10% admin charge.) Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation. Please contact Terrteach directly to facilitate this.
• 11-15 business days: 80% refund OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with no admin charge. Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation. Please contact Terrteach directly to facilitate this.
• 5-10 business days: 50% refund OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with a 20% admin charge. Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation.
• Cancellation within 4 business days: no refund, no rescheduling. (NB: For a reduction in course duration, the above policies apply to days cancelled)

Alterations to course bookings leading to the reduction of trainees will incur the following administration charges on the price difference of the booking: 0% charge for alterations made 15+ days in advance; 20% charge for alterations made 6-15 days in advance; and 30% charge for alterations made 5 days or less in advance of the training date.

Payment for course bookings with Terrateach are to be made in advance of the date of training or in the case of credit accounts an associated purchase order is to be raised at the time of the booking. Terrateach reserve the right to cancel a booking in the case of non-receipt of payment prior to the day of course.

Terrateach reserves the right to cancel a course or part of a course at any time and will attempt to re-schedule a course at a time convenient to you or will offer you a full refund. Under no circumstances will compensation be payable or shall Terrateach be liable for any loss of profit.

For onsite training courses outside the New York metropolitan area, all travel costs incurred by the trainer apply and will be added to your invoice accordingly. Terrateach are NY's leading training specialists for creative professionals with New York or USA-wide courses to suit all levels.
